2.1 Customers may cancel their bookings by contacting Sargun Travels via email or phone.
2.2 The following refund conditions apply based on the notice period provided before the scheduled departure date:
More than 30 days: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees.
15 to 30 days: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Less than 15 days: No refund will be provided.
2.3 Non-refundable deposits, fees, or tickets specified during booking are excluded from refunds.
3.1 In the unlikely event that Sargun Travels cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered the following options:
A full refund of the amount paid.
An alternative travel arrangement of equal or greater value, subject to availability.
3.2 Sargun Travels is not responsible for cancellations caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. Refunds in such cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
4.1 Refunds will be credit within 10-15 business days from the date the refund request is approved.
4.2 Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of booking. Any transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable.

Flight tickets marked as non-refundable.
Hotel bookings with non-refundable terms.
